Quiet the noise.
Hear your Self.

A daily app for the woman stuck in the negative thoughts that won't stop, the self-sabotaging behaviors she can't break, and the patterns that keep her from what she actually wants.

Sound familiar?

The noise sounds
different for everyone.

But it tends to say the same things. These are real words from real women. See how many land.

"I'm moving through the world with a knot in my stomach that I'm doing something wrong."
"I know what I need to do. I just can't make myself do it."
"I can't rest without feeling guilty. Even when I'm not working, I'm not really off."
"I've done everything right and I'm still stalling. I don't understand why."
"I want to stop being so hard on myself. I would never talk to anyone else this way."
"I want to be more content with what is in my life currently instead of chasing after something that I 'should.' I want to be more clear about who I am, what I want, what's important to me."
"I feel like I've been swirling for a few years."
"I have dreams that I have been thinking about pursuing for years and have never taken real action. I feel cluttered in my mind and my space and completely out of touch with my body."
"I want to feel more at home with myself."
"I'm hoping to get more clarity on what my soul really wants to do next."
"After a career collapse hiatus and birthing a baby I am ready and wanting to lock into my calling, worth, and greatest impact."
"I'm tired of trying quick fixes and getting nowhere."

If you nodded at any of those — the noise is loud for you too. That's not a character flaw. That's a nervous system that learned, over years of being asked to do more and be less simultaneously, to protect you by keeping you small. The Practice was built to interrupt that.

The missing piece

You've stayed stuck.
Here's why it's not your fault.

After a decade of coaching high-achieving women and analyzing 114 transcribed coaching sessions, I found something that changed how I understood everything: the negative thoughts, the self-sabotaging behaviors, the patterns that keep repeating — these don't live in the mind. They live in the body. And that's why nothing you've tried has reached them.

A nervous system that has spent years in environments asking you to do more and be less simultaneously has learned to protect you by keeping you small. The thoughts that won't stop, the behaviors you can't break, the fog between knowing and doing — these aren't character flaws. They are a body doing exactly what years of contradictory demands trained it to do.

You cannot think your way out of a body problem. Which is why the insight from therapy fades. Why the morning meditation doesn't hold by 2pm. Why you know exactly what's wrong and still can't move it.

The moment you need help is the moment no existing tool is built for. Most wellness tools ask you to show up on a schedule. The Practice meets you when the spiral actually starts — and works at the level where the spiral lives.

Calm. Headspace. Insight Timer. All built by men, for a general audience, around scheduled relaxation. None of them were built for the woman in a spiral at 2pm who can't make herself start, can't stop replaying the meeting, can't hear herself above the noise.

The Practice is the first tool built specifically to interrupt the pattern in the moment it happens — and to work somatically, at the nervous system level, where the pattern actually lives. The clarity, the direction, the sense of who you are and what you actually want — none of that is gone. It's underneath the noise. The Practice helps you hear it again.

What The Practice does

Three ways
to quiet the noise.

The Practice is a nervous system toolkit — built specifically for the thoughts that won't stop, the patterns you can't break, and the moments when the noise gets so loud you can't hear yourself at all.

F
Your Daily Feed

Every day you open the app, something is waiting — a note from Coach Claire tied to the specific pattern creating noise for you, an action step, a nervous system reset, and a question to sit with. It rotates so it never gets stale. No choosing required. Just open, receive, and let it land.

M
Meditate

A library of guided meditations organized by the noise — not generic wellness content, but meditations written for the inner critic, for the woman who can't make herself start, for the one who can't rest without guilt. Five or ten minutes. Press play.

R
The Reset

For when the noise gets loud right now. You pick what's most true — "I can't stop being hard on myself," "I just said yes when I meant no," "I'm about to walk into something hard" — and in three steps, you interrupt the spiral and come back to yourself. Release. Ground. Imagine. Three minutes. Any time the noise takes over.

A look inside

What quieting
the noise looks like

You did it.
You showed up for yourself today. That part of you that's always watching, always grading — she didn't win today. You did something kind for yourself instead. That matters more than you know.

The Reset — Release
9:41
Step 1
Release
Discharge what the body is holding. Don't skip this — it's the most important step.
Shake your hands out — like flicking water off your fingertips.

Let your jaw drop open slightly.

Roll your shoulders back once, slowly.

You're not trying to fix anything. Just letting the body move what it's been holding.

Step 2
Ground
Anchor yourself to right now. The noise lives in past and future — not here.
Feel your feet on the floor. Press them down.

Find something in the room that is still and solid. Let your eyes rest on it.

You are here. You are safe. Whatever just happened is already in the past.

Step 3
Imagine
Picture the version of you who just did the thing — and felt okay about it.

How does she hold her body? What does her face look like? Let yourself borrow that feeling, just for a moment.

Why I believe in this

I know what it sounds like
when the noise finally quiets.

At 30, I kissed a woman for the first time. Three months later, I left my husband. I didn't think my way to that decision. My body made it for me — clearly, instantly, without doubt. That's what it feels like when the noise is quiet enough to hear the signal.

That connection to Self didn't arrive by accident. It was the result of years of somatic work — learning to feel what was true in my body before my mind could talk me out of it. And it changed everything. Not just who I loved. How I moved through the world.

Then the pandemic hit. The business model that had supported everything I'd built collapsed almost overnight. My income disappeared. And my body — the one that had carried me through years of building and striving and proving — simply stopped. I developed a persistent stye, cracked teeth, debilitating back pain. I couldn't get out of bed. Not because I was depressed. Because my nervous system had finally said: enough.

I hired an accountability coach. I read Atomic Habits. I tried to shift my mindset. None of it worked. Each new attempt made me sink deeper. What I came to understand is that the tools I was using treated the symptoms, not the root cause. The noise wasn't in my mind. It was in my body. And you cannot think your way out of a body problem.

So I built something different. A framework that worked with my nervous system instead of trying to override it — short somatic exercises, practiced consistently, until my body learned it was safe to move again. Almost immediately, I felt lighter. More connected. The noise got quieter. And underneath it, I could hear myself again.

I started sharing these exercises with clients. Then with my newsletter community. The relief was immediate — and it was felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.

Then my twins were born. My daughter arrived safely. But as they cut my son's umbilical cord, I whispered to my wife: "He is not safe." Twenty-four hours later, a nurse heard a heart murmur. A week later, he was in open-heart surgery.

I heard that because I had done the work. Because the noise was quiet enough that the signal could come through. That is what this practice makes possible — not just in a coaching session, but in the moments that matter most.

Navigating that year — multiple surgeries, life support, financial collapse — put everything I had built to the test. And it held. Not because I was strong. Because I had learned to listen to my body instead of trying to override it.

The Practice is built on that. Not theory. The tools I built in my own body, tested in the hardest possible circumstances, refined across hundreds of coaching sessions, and now assembled into something you can use every single day.

The ask

I tested this first.
Here's what happened.

Before asking anyone to put money toward this, I ran a beta program with 247 women — 30 days, daily meditations, no app yet, just the practice itself. I needed to know if it resonated. Here's what they said, unprompted, along the way.

"It feels like a weight is lifted off. I'm already seeing myself push back on my need to make sure things are just right before I send them out into the world."
"Today's session really resonated with me. Every phrase in the meditation, I have thought in the past 24 hours. I will be listening to this one again — particularly this week when I will be walking into rooms I should be in."
"I had an epiphany about the whole money wound perspective. All of a sudden I felt compelled to clear the decks — homeowners insurance, car insurance, applying for unemployment. I'm beginning to understand the method to your madness."
"It brought up things I had forgotten about from childhood. It was super uncomfortable — but I'm glad we're working through this together. Thank you for creating a safe space because I won't do it for myself."
"I missed yesterday's session so I did both together. Today's had me tearing up. I've been working to break this cycle for years — for myself and for my young children. I don't want them to have to live with this type of internal dialogue."
"I love the format. It isn't overwhelming, doesn't feel like a chore or pressure, and is something I would actually do every day."

Questions

A few things
you might be wondering

When does the app ship?
Mid-fall 2026. Founding members get it first, before it opens to the public.
What if you don't reach 100 members?
You get your $60 back in full. The coaching session is yours to keep — I'm not taking money for something I can't deliver. But I intend to deliver it.
What does the coaching session cover?
Whatever you need most. We can go deeper on a specific pattern, work through where you're stuck, or use the time however feels most useful to you. It's 30 minutes with me, one on one. You can book it any time — it doesn't expire and doesn't need to happen before September 1.
Is this like Calm or Headspace?
No. Those are meditation apps. The Practice is a nervous system toolkit. The meditations are specific to the behaviors and patterns that are actually keeping you stuck — not generic relaxation content. And the daily feed and The Reset exist for the moments between meditations, which is where most of the work actually happens.
I've tried meditation before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Because this isn't asking you to sit still and clear your mind. Every piece of content is tied to something real that's happening for you, based on behaviors you've identified yourself. It's not meditation as a practice. It's meditation as a tool — for the exact pattern you're trying to move.
How does the SMS access work?
Once you're a founding member, Claire will reach out to collect your number. She'll text you directly when you share what you're experiencing — exercises, encouragement, and support tied to your specific behaviors. She'll also send periodic check-ins. This isn't therapy or a coaching session — if something needs more space, she'll point you toward booking your 30-minute session. The SMS support runs until the app ships. Please note this is available to US-based numbers only.
Is The Practice a substitute for therapy?
No — and it's designed to complement it, not replace it. If you're in therapy, this works alongside that work. If you're not, this gives you body-based tools your therapist likely hasn't introduced you to.
Ready?

Let's change lives —
together.

Every woman who puts down a deposit is making a decision that the next woman — the one who can't make herself start, the one replaying that conversation at 2am, the one who's been hard on herself for years — deserves access to something that actually works.
